Nothing much is happening here. The new guys seem to be settling in okay. Did you know [Bane of All Evil] doesn’t fucking know what fun is? He’s alright though. Wasn’t even mad when I tried to fucking kill him with [REACH HEAVEN THROUGH VIOLENCE].
Oh yeah, I picked up [REACH HEAVEN THROUGH VIOLENCE] and tried to fucking kill [Bane of All Evil] with her. You could’ve warned us about [REACH HEAVEN THROUGH VIOLENCE] being a fucking cursed artifact. [Bane of All Evil]’s fine, he gave me a lump the size of a fucking duck egg before I could land a hit, probably because I’m shit with swords. Apparently I learned how to use a fucking tachi at some point. Wonder when that’ll turn up?
I’m making another cat. The knife you gave me for whittling works really well. This one should turn out better. I’ll send it to you when I’m done—a cat for you and a fucking wolf or something for [WYLD ♥ HUNTER].
I remembered a little more about the war. [REDACTED SENTENCE]. You know, between setting Creation on fire or whatever the fuck it is that you and [WYLD ♥ HUNTER] are up to. No rush. I’m not even sure if I should be asking.
That took longer than I thought it would. And then I had to get them shrunk down so they'd fit in the fucking envelope. Anyway, here they are.
[enclosed with the note are two small wooden carvings, each one about an inch and a half in diameter. one is of a cat curled up asleep in a ball, and the other is a wolf in the same pose. the quality of the whittling is a little rough, but clearly done with some skill. they are both very cute.]
